Five Day Midweek Full Board Package: A non refundable booking fee of 10% will be deducted at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancelling your reservation or part cancelling your reservation within 72 hours of arrival date or non-arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge which will be automatically debited from the credit card details given at the time of reservation. In the event that we are unable to honour your reservation due to Government Restrictions or other, you will have the option to rebook for an alternative date, receive a gift certificate or a refund of any prepayment less the 10% booking and administration fee when the hotel is operable.
